Costs and timings
Orders placed by 11am Monday-Friday will be despatched the same working day.
Standard Delivery
£4.15 tracked delivery within 3-5 working days.
Premium Delivery
£6.95 tracked delivery within 1-2 working days.
Delivery tracking details are e-mailed when the order is on its way.
Despatch timings
Products that state ‘In stock’ or ‘In stock (can be backordered)’ are available in our warehouse and will be despatched the same working day if ordered by 11am.
Products which state ‘available on back-order’ will be shipped usually within 14 days of the order being placed, however lead times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be kept informed of the lead time.
